Designed to replicate the natural structure of the teeth, approximately 95% of dental implants are successful and, with proper care, can last even longer than 10 to 15 years.

Many factors are taken into consideration, during a full assessment, to ensure that dental implants are appropriate for you. These include oral health, excellent oral hygiene, smoking, medical history and certain medications.

A titanium screw that, following precise and careful surgical preparation, is secured in the jaw bone, this is left in place for 3 months to integrate with the bone. A second minor surgery follows. Following this, a crown, bridge or denture is fitted.
